Description of Decanter
The Marine Scout Sniper Heritage Foundation has worked closely with Hotspur to develop this spectacular M40A6 Sniper Rifle Decanter. The M40A6 Decanter is an innovative and premium quality collectors piece, which will become an instant classic among collectors and connoisseurs alike. Every decanter sold will generate income for the foundation to further the Marine Scout Sniper War Memorial.
Hotspur was allowed to 3-D laser scan a real, issued, M40A6 sniper rifle in the Weapons Training Battalion armory at Quantico and then use the resulting CAD to create the decanter. The rifle is correct in every detail. The level of detail is truly impressive.
The decanter is made from 316 Stainless Steel with a premium glass facia so you can view the rifle through the liquid inside. To open, you simply unscrew the 316 stainless steel suppressor and pour the liquid out of the ‘barrel’.
The M40A6 decanter will be presented in a luxury hard case with custom-cut foam, an authenticity certificate, a bespoke funnel, three different exclusive pin badges, a 3-inch collectors coin and a specific torque driver (it can be taken apart for cleaning). Every aspect of this decanter and the associated kit is custom and well-executed.

There will be one version for USMC Scout Snipers, set at 762 pcs. Each will be individually serialized. Members of USMC Scout Sniper Association must provide their member number to obtain discounted pricing. The contents and specification of the case will vary slightly from the additional Collectors Edition, which will not be numbered. There will be 738 pcs in the Collectors Edition for a total run of 1500 Decanters. The target fulfillment date is August 2026 for all pre-orders.
